Pizza Pasta - Blackstone Griddle Crew Challenge

Blackstone challenged the Griddle Crew to create a dish with all of the ingredients starting with the letter 'P', with the exception of oil, salt, pepper, and butter.

We took a play on Pizza and Pasta by bringing them together in one dish.

Our key ingredients....
Pepperoni
Red Pepper
Portabello Mushrooms
Pasta
Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Pizza Sauce
Parmesan
Parsley
Salt, Pepper, and Garlic to taste
Ghee

The first step is to saute the Pepperoni, Red Pepper and Mushrooms in your choice of oil, butter or ghee.
Incorporate Pasta and add in Cream Cheese to melt.
Add in and incorporate Pizza Sauce.
Top with Parmesan and Parsley.
