TW: I Will be speaking on the topic of eating disorders in this
video. My intention is purely to help anyone in any way possible
whether that is simply opening a discussion or (attempting) to give
the advice I think I once needed.
In no way am I trying to offend or trigger anyone and I am not
a medical professional, so if you have a history with disordered
eating I encourage you to seek professional help.
