There are many different types of weight loss diets out there, but one that has gained popularity in recent years is intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting is a type of diet where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting. There are many different ways to do intermittent fasting, but the most popular method is the 16/8 method. This is where you fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 hours.

You just don’t eat for a set period of time, usually 16 hours, and then you eat whatever you want during the other 8 hours.
