Woodworking a Console Table. Part I: Design Process

This video is about building a console table out of wood. In this part 1, designing process is explained using SketchUp model. Uses plain materials including 2x2 and 2x4 spruce and 18mm-thick acacia finger joint board. These are low-cost and easy to get. The design focuses on my study on the joinery, evolving from the lap joint to the 3-way joint, and to the bridle joint. As a novice woodworker, I explained how my design progressed.
