In this video, our narrator, David Wise, will fill us in on the Food Safety Modernization Act, or FSMA, its history and the different compliance levels for farmers. He will also talk about the USDA GAP program and the difference between GAP and FSMA. David will also outline the GAP audit process and the function of an internal GAP audit.
