I'm Cooking! Bubble Up "Swedish" Meatball Casserole-Emily Bites (Weight Watchers Friendly)

My first cooking video! I found a delicious recipe at www.emilybites.com. This is not an actual Swedish meatball recipe according to the blog but it's really good! This blog is excellent for lightened up comfort food! Really good for those of us wanting to watch our calorie (or Points) intake but still eat delicious foods. This dish is 9 SP per serving and serves six people.
