Q: What’s the Market Going to Do in 2021?

Everybody has been asking us what the real estate market is going to do in 2021. While we don’t have a crystal ball, there are a few numbers that we track which are often leading indicators. One of them is the Housing Market Index, which is a measure of homebuilder confidence in the market. In November 2020, it hit an all-time high score of 90.
