Is Chanel Still Worth It | Choosing Profits over Quality

I hope you all like this video. I think it's pretty obvious that Chanel has been price gauging everyone. With 5 or 6 price raises two of which were done during a Global Shutdown! I filmed this video because I realise that Chanel is the epitome of luxury for some. When I was younger I always wanted a classic flap when I was younger and once I finally got my first one I felt so accomplished. So this is not to take away from that at all. I just believe now after getting a few bags from Chanel that if you can get a better quality bag and more affordable Chanel bag currently on the vintage market. When it comes to bang for your buck if your spending over $1000 dollars for a handbag you should be getting quality i.e. real gold, hand stitching, custom craftsmanship, and the ability to have it repaired by the brand etc. I know that currently if you buy a classic flap Chanel bag you are paying for the name and almost nothing else. Let me know your thoughts? Do I still have 1 or 2 bags on my Wishlist from Chanel? Yes. Will I be buying them directly from the store? I don't know yet. What I do know is that if I can find the bags I want on the Vintage market or second hand I absolutely will purchase that way & save money.
