EASY GINGERBREAD MAN RECIPE ❤️ 简单圣诞节饼干🎄Great for Beginners!!

A simple recipe tried and tested!

Whisk together:
3 cups of all-purpose flour
2 small or 1 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
90 grams butter
1/2 cup molasses or corn syrup

Add:
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon ginger powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

1 and 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Rest the dough in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours.

Dust some flour on the dough.

Roll out the dough about 1/2 inch thick and cut it with cookie moulds.

Preheat oven at 375 Fahrenheit or 180 to 190 degrees celcius.

Bake for 8-10minutes.

Cool the cookies down to room temperature

Decorate with icing.

Done! 🥰
