WHO SHOULD OWN AN S-CORP

So I get a lot of push-back from professionals that don't share my S-Corp strategy which surprises me. When you look at all of the facts and circumstances that can exist for a business owner it's easy to narrow down the choices and scientifically come to a conclusion. What I mean by that is that there is no emotion in the decision because it should be based on simple math and current tax laws. Just like the issue of where to register your business starts at the state and local level (you don't get to choose because it's a matter of law) choosing between Sole-Prop, LLC or Corporation should be easy and tonight I'll explain exactly how anyone can determine, on their own which type of legal entity is best for them.
