That *should* work with 99-03 F-Series trucks, Vans, Explorer and other Ford "Trucks" that have a key that looks the same.

But it would be wise to double check with the strattec site (http://aftermarket.strattec.com/) before purchasing.
Some keys are programmable with a sequence of turning off and on in the ignition, From what I found the truck I have is not one of these despite there being instructions on the strattec site paired with the key on how to program. Could be I didn't do that process properly or Ford removed self-programming at some point.
