Sai Animation Assistant 2
Step 1: Download WinRAR

Step 2: Click on this link to Sai Animation Assistant 2 by Sad Jackalope

Step 3: Scroll all the way down until you see the blue link ".RAR Download". Click on it!
Step 4: Download both files. (There's a small download button with an arrow pointing down at a horizonal line which auto downloads both files. If you find and click on it, tap on Direct Download)
Step 5: Click on .RAR file. Winrar window will pop up.
Step 4: Click on "Extract to", choose any destination path/folder you want the program to save to. Click "OK".
Step 5: There should be a "Sai Animation Assistant 2" folder in the destination you chose. Find this folder, click on it, then click on Sai Animation Assistant 2. The application should load up!
