AquaCure AC50 SetUp and Operation

Quick and Dirty Video (narrated by George Wiseman) to show setup and operation of the AquaCure model AC50. Includes some discussion / demonstration of its use with the first 4 HydrOxy for health protocols.
Update NOTES:
1. That it's best to use only 80 grams of lye (not half the container like the video demonstrates). The machine operates OK (Makes BG) with half the container but that much lye will start to crystalize, fogging the sight tube, causing the floating ball to 'stick, and exacerbates sludge plugging of inner orifices. Less lye is 'cleaner' and easier to maintain. The machine will work with as little as 30 grams of lye in it.

2. We advise doing a FULL Hot Tap water rinse BEFORE putting the lye solution in the machine. Because every machine is run tested before being sent out, so during shipment, residual lye in the machine can crystalize and cause the ball to ‘stick’ (not float). 3. We are now sending out a Union for the bottom of the Tower Cap, to make the Tower Cap easy to remove for maintenance rinses.
DO USE at least 15 wraps of Teflon Tape to seal the Union onto the AquaCure fill stem.

DO NOT Remove the Tower Cap to refill the AquaCure… Always fill the AquaCure through the Tower Cap Check Valve because the check valve needs to be kept CLEAN or it will malfunction (stick open or closed) creating a gas leak or back-filling.

4. There will be MUCH LESS sludge formation if you keep the AquaCure mostly full, refill every time the level gets down to ¾ full. Refill ONLY from the Humidifier and dump any Humidifier excess, completely refilling the Humidifier with pure distilled water.
