Welcome to the 4 Zone Climate Controlled Gym at The Key Health Club

Each of the 4 Zones in our Gym focus on a different way to achieve your fitness goals:

Free Weight Zone:
For those of you who want to build your strength, power and endurance, our dedicated Zone includes a Squat Rack, Olympic Benches, bar and plates up to 465kg, Dumb Bells, from 1kg to 50Kg, a Smith Machine, Landmine, Preacher Curl and several free benches to support your workout.

Strength Zone:
The 10 strength machines located in this Zone enable a total body workout of your main muscle groups. These include 2 Dual Pulley machines so if you are looking to tone up or increase your strength then these can offer multiple options for your whole body.
Also included in this Zone are the Sled, Lat Pulldown/Long Row, Chest Press, Pec Dec, Shoulder Press, Leg Press, Inner and Outer Thigh machine, Leg Extension and Leg Curl.

Cardio Zone:
Want to boost your energy and improve your overall fitness then this is a popular area to get your heart going! This Zone includes the traditional favourites: Treadmills, Cross-trainers, Steppers, Bikes and also a Rower. Did you know that rowing is great for injury prevention and rehab as it is a low impact alternative to other activities?
We also have a Tornado Air Bike – the perfect tool for a total body workout! With a dual action that works both your arms and legs, the bike is great for cardio sessions. It differs from a normal exercise bike in that the faster you pedal, the more resistance is created.
There is also a StairMaster - ideal to burn calories and strengthen and tone at the same time.

Body Weight Zone:
Use your own bodyweight and our functional equipment to build strength, improve fitness, and get fast results in our dedicated Bodyweight Zone. This versatile training space includes power bags, kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, squat plate, punch bag, medicine balls, suspension trainer, functional rig, and hyper extension bench - everything you need for dynamic, full-body workouts that challenge every fitness level.
