CHEAP MEALS ON A BUDGET: PANTRY CLEAN OUT MEALS: SHELFCOOK WITH ME

Hey guys! Once a month(usually when we're close to pay day) I like to use shelfcooking for my mealplanning for the week! It helps me to stay under budget when shopping for groceries and helps prevent any waste in my kitchen. It's a great challenge to try and cook with what you already have too! Hope you enjoy and try it out yourself!

CHEESY CHICKEN DORITO CASSEROLE
doritos
rotel
2 cups of shredded chicken
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of milk
olives & cilantro for toppings
2 cups of shredded cheese
-spray an 8x8 glass dish with non stick spray. layer crushed doritos for the bottom. in a bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well. pour half of it on the doritos. Layer another layer of crushed doritos on top and then pour the last half of the mixture over. top with the rest of the crushed doritos. layer cheese on top and cook on 350 for 15-20 minutes. top with cilantro and olives!
