Ingredients:

Beet Eggs
eggs
2 cups water
1 cup apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
1/3 cup sugar
1 tea salt
2 TBS pickling spice
1 tea peppercorns
1 tea red pepper flakes (optional)
1 small purple onion (optional)

Jalapeno Eggs
eggs
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 TBS salt
2 crushed garlic cloves
3 sliced jalapenos
