The Perseids 2016 in its most spectacular beauty (Teide - Canary Islands - Spain)

We show a selection of images of a meteor shower known as Perseids or The Perseid meteor shower, happens each year from late July to mid-August. To facilitate observation in most cases images have been slowed up to 50%. We have selected the most spectacular and beautiful scenes of the videos published and shared by the http://sky-live.tv project within the program of the European Union "Stars for all citizens" (http://www.stars4all.eu/). The images have been taken from the Teide Observatory (Canary Islands - Spain) and its surroundings during the night on July 27, 2016 (when appears the bolide that you can see at the beginning of our video) and especially during the night of 12th of August (night from 11th to 12th of August) year 2016, this year turned out to be the most generous in terms of occurrences of this meteor shower, in Spain this is also known as "tears of St. Lawrence".
