President Duterte arrives in Russia for 4-day official visit

The President and his delegation arrived at Vnukovo-2 Airport in Moscow at 4 a.m., where they were given a red carpet welcome, President Rody Duterte will hold high- level talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, both of whom extended personal invitations for the Moscow visit to the Filipino Chief Executive during separate occasions last year.
