Cameras have been around for a long time, and while film cameras have become something of a niche hobby, the lenses used by the film cameras of yesteryear are still quite capable of creating beautiful images when used with modern digital cameras. The Canon 50mm F/1.4 FD SSC Lens can be found used for incredible bargain prices, and can be easily adapted to the latest mirorrless digital cameras.

Though it's not quite as sharp and optically perfect as modern lenses, the Canon 50mm F1.4 FD SSC is remarkably competent and capable of capturing amazing photographs. It's built like a tank and offers incredible value for money so long as you are fine with manual focus and aperture control. It works particularly well on my Nikon Z6 due to the in-body image stabilization and focus peaking in that camera.
