5 of the best road-to-trail running shoes 2022 (Inov-8, Brooks, La Sportiva, Arc'Teryx, Merrell)

5 of the best shoes I think are best suited to taking you from road running to trail running. You need a good balance of cushioning and trail feel, more grip than a road shoe, and a similar drop to your usual running shoes to avoid injury. These are all 6-8mm drop.
