𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Oil for frying the fish
2 large sliced salmon
1 tbsp oil for sautéing
1 large red onion
4 cloves sliced garlic
1 cup water
7 tbsp light soy sauce (𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗶 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp white sugar
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp cornstarch
(dissolved in 1 tsbp water)
