Sticky and Icicles count as Sauda Lvl11+

Sticky Bomb status and Icicles status do count for bonus damage to “harmed” Bloons. +10 damage to the MOAB from Sauda’s swords. Wow. Just wow. Not even a slow, just hit them and it’s triggered.
