[DFO] Nabel Raid Week 1 Yellow Party Clear (Glacial Master)

A recording of my first clear of Nabel Raid!

Instead of suffering for hours hosting my own pugs, this time I opted to join a static (at least for the first few weeks of the raid being out). Instead of ~10 hours of attempts it would have taken to get a clear in pugs, we cleared first try in 18 minutes. Some of the raid is geared enough to run hard mode so that isn't surprising, but man have I been missing out on this in pugs...

I guess this is normally where I reflect on how much I like the raid, but this time around I haven't really gotten to experience much of it... I'll say that boss mechanics being much more self-explanatory than normal is a really nice change of pace - I felt fine going in on only a quick glance over mechanics. Solo/matching mode is also a huge win. Being able to learn real boss mechanics in a non-serious environment should do wonders for people getting comfortable with mechanics. If/when I do return to hosting pugs, I expect things to go a lot smoother than in the past, which is great for everyone.

Also, I was cheated on title of Battlefield Ace by being held back in yellow party. 😭 Maybe next week I'll be able to take my title back...
