I’ll show you the "Interview-Winning" way to solve this in both:
✅ SQL: Mastering the JOIN on a date offset using DATEDIFF() or INTERVAL.
✅ Pandas: Using the .shift() method and boolean masking to find temperature spikes.

Why this matters: In the real world, you'll use this logic constantly for calculating Day-over-Day (DoD) growth, stock price changes, or sensor data anomalies.
