Rules:
~ Normal Sudoku rules apply.
~ Each cage forms a line with a one-cell width. Digits cannot repeat in a cage.
~ Each cage is either a killer cage or a “lunch box”.
~ For killer cages, the number on the top left shows the sum of all
digits in the cage.
~ For lunch boxes, the number at the top left shows the sum of the numbers sandwiched between the smallest and the largest number of the line.
