🧪 Selling hazardous mixtures in the EU? Your labels need a UFI code.

Since Jan 1, 2024, all hazardous mixtures must include a Unique Formula Identifier (UFI) linked to a Poison Centre Notification (PCN).

💡 As Adam Hembrecht of CIRS Group Europe explains:
“EU-based importers are responsible for ensuring UFI codes are present on any hazardous mixtures.”
Not based in the EU? You can appoint an EU entity—like CIRS—to submit confidential data on your behalf, keeping your formulation protected and compliant.
