Tru mark filter press is a compact filtering machine to filter low to medium viscosity liquid products
Machine can suck the product via its self priming pump and filter with suitable micron filter pads. product like water, edible oil, sugar syrup, lube oil, agro chemical, juice etc can be filtered to remove dust particles & impurities.
filter pads are available from 1 micron to 10micron as per client specific application. machine is available in various size & capacity, the shown model is 8 by 6 can filter 400 to 600 liter per hour depending on the product viscosity & amount of impurities it have.
lets understand the machine working, first of all we have to open the filtering tank & remove filter assembly , dismantle it & fix the required micron filter pads between each plate, assemble the filter pad assembly & again place it in the filter tank & close it tight all clamps for no leakage.
put the inlet pipe in product tank to suck product, open the outlet valve & inlet valve & close the transferring valve, then start the machine pump will start feeding the product to filtering tank. we can open the top air removing valve slowly to remove any air trapped in filter tank and as soon as the product come out we can close it.
what is happening inside is liquid passing through all filter pads with pressure, filtered product coming out from outlet, the pressure gauge shows the filter tank pressure, if the indicating pressure is on higher end that means the filter pads started chocking up & hence reverse pressure is building, so we scan stop the machine to clean pads or replace them.
after filtering, we can stop the machine & open the filter tank to see the filtered impurities deposited on pads.
