Janelle Monae Inspired Chic Updo: Marley Twists| Havana Twists| Braids

In this video I share how I achieve a chic updo that takes less than 5 mins.This is an edgy look achieved with Marley twists that I installed. In the past it took me about 10 hrs to install. But, of course with time everything gets better (: I have had my twists in for about 2 and 1/2 weeks in this video.However, I plan to leave them in for approx. 2 months, as I am preparing for my 2 year anniversary on April 14, 2014. I am anticipating retaining length and hopefully growing about an inch of hair. All you need for this look is an ouch less goodie band, which has become my fav hair tool.
