With the new patch many OP heroes in AOV like Eland'orr and Paine were nerfed, directly or indirectly and thus Ryoma emerges as the premier jungle carry in AOV! With this best Ryoma build you will deal a ton of damage and still have supreme survivability due to the Frostcape and the CDR it brings with it.
