In this interview Michael Sweet of Stryper talks about the new Stryper album When We Were Kings and the creative process behind it. Michael also opens up about the nostalgia for the golden era of Rock & Metal of the 1980s and about how Stryper manages staying relevant in the modern world.

We also discuss the new post-reunion era of Stryper, and the band's updated purpose in the 21st century, as well as Stryper's message which is now more relevant than ever. Michael Sweet discusses the Stryper fanbase and why the band has such die-hard fans, Stryper's own hypocrisy in the late 80s and why it was important to break up in the 90s to be able to do what they still do today in 2024.
