Jimmie & Arlene Williams: From BG Wealth Sharing To Aureus Alliance Holdings
I started investigating Jimmie and Arlene Williams after multiple people sent me Zoom recordings connected to BG Wealth Sharing, the collapsed crypto-style opportunity tied to DSJ Exchange. On the surface they presented themselves as faith-driven business mentors helping ordinary people achieve financial freedom. But the deeper I dug into archived websites, affiliate pages, public videos, and collapse-phase Zoom calls, the more disturbing the pattern became.
*THE BG WEALTH SHARING COLLAPSE*
One of the most revealing moments came during a Zoom call titled “Should We Pay The 12%?” At the time, BG Wealth Sharing participants were panicking over frozen withdrawals and growing fears the platform had collapsed. Instead of clearly warning people to stop risking money, the call became a damage-control session filled with emotional reassurance and repeated claims that the platform was still operating.
Throughout the call, Jimmie and Arlene repeatedly told viewers they were “not telling anyone what to do.” But speaker after speaker was allowed to encourage confidence in the system while frightened investors desperately searched for answers. Participants were discussing whether they should pay an additional 12% fee in the hope it would unlock withdrawals.
The meetings opened with prayer, spiritual reassurance, and language designed to lower emotional defences. Fear was reframed as negativity while skeptics were subtly portrayed as impatient or lacking understanding. At one point Jimmie openly stated that he and Arlene had made around $10,000 from BG Wealth Sharing after joining earlier in the year.
*FROM COACHING TO THE NEXT OPPORTUNITY*
Before BG Wealth Sharing, Jimmie Williams marketed himself as a leadership coach and business strategist through websites connected to JW Consulting & Coaching. Archived versions of the site presented him as a successful entrepreneur helping people achieve financial freedom through mindset coaching and investment guidance.
But that coaching image now appears largely abandoned while the focus has shifted heavily toward speculative opportunities involving crypto, affiliate marketing, and now Aureus Alliance Holdings. This new opportunity revolves around gold mining “shares,” projected dividends, referral commissions, and affiliate competitions tied directly to recruitment activity.
