THE BEST FALL COOKIES! (Carolynn's Kitchen)

My little sister and I had way too much fun baking! Let me know if you end up trying this recipe out it really is to die for.

FALL "PUMPKIN" COOKIE RECIPE
1 1/2 cups butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 egg
4 cups all purpose flower
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. baking soda

ICING
Confectioners sugar
splash of half and half cream

In a big bowl beat butter, add sugar, and egg. Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl then add to butter mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll out, cut in shapes and bake 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 8 minutes or just until barely browned. Ice cooled cookies.
