Top Speed Run - Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11+ Electric Scooter (Custom Fender Test)

Is it possible to stay completely dry when smashing in the mud and puddles? I made some fenders so I could try and find out. Its important to note that top speed on the Wolf is closer to 46mph on flat ground, unless you're fully charged, then you can squeeze 51mph out of it for a few blocks. Zero 11X is faster ;)
