I-751 Form | How To Fill Out?

Please check the edition date of the form always at USCIS website.
If you are filing this petition jointly with your spouse, you must file it during the 90-day period immediately before your conditional residence (2 year greencard) expires. This petition is used by a conditional resident who obtained status through marriage, to request that U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) remove the conditions on his or her residence.

Supporting docs you can include are:
• Marriage Certificate
• Sworn affidavits of atleast 2 people who have known you since your permanent residence
• Birth certificate of children if any
• Lease agreement / mortgage contract
• Insurance policies
• Joint Tax Returns
• Joint financial accounts
• Joint Utility bills
• Divorce decree if applicable

Sorry guys I shouldnt say "Renewal" of 2 year green card instead I should've said "Removing Conditions" of 2 year green card
