Brits FORCED to Pay for AWFUL Doctor Who! They CAN'T Cancel BBC TV License?!

Doctor Who is bankrolled mostly by the TV license fee, and Brits are having a VERY hard time trying to cancel their TV licenses to "defund the BBC." The BBC seems to be giving fed up viewers the run around when trying to cancel their licenses. If enough people their licenses, could the BBC cancel Chris Chibnall's horrible incarnation of Doctor Who?
