How to convert Bird scooter to a usable scooter full clip

first of all, I am not encouraging you to steal bird scooters...
but if you do come across one heres some instructions on
how to convert it.
I also flashed the scooter to a custom rom that would increase the speed and have much more acceleration (uses more power). Link below on the module used from amazon.
