Nobel Laureate Paul Romer gives a keynote speech in this webinar discussion of the Ethiopia Urban Expansion Initiative, a program of New York University to help cities in Ethiopia make room for their inevitable urban growth. The webinar includes a short documentary film on the initiative and a panel discussion of this innovative new urban planning methodology.
