Laos: Vang Vieng discovered

The town of Vang Vieng is about 150 km north of Vientiane on the road to Luang Prabang. The town itself has lost much of its charm, but the countryside around is beautiful with the limestone karst hills surrounding the town. There are numerous caves and pleasant walks to be had or just relaxing on the River Nam Song that runs thru' the town.....

The first Lao song on the video is called "Beautiful Vang Vieng".
