Raising Your Consulting Prices as a Clinical Consultant

It's spring cleaning time, so it's time to raise my prices. I recently went through this with a few clients, and here is the way I do it and how I think about it. It's important to value your time and it's helpful to your client knowing that you're constantly improving your skills and delivering them more value.
