lettuce romaine healthy forever 😎 [~420 cals 50g protein]

✰ 1 large and 1 small low carb tortilla (i used la banderita)
✰ 4 oz chicken breast
- garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
✰ 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
✰ 1/2 cup cornflakes
✰ 6-8 French fries (I used Trader Joe’s)
✰ 1 cup lettuce
✰ Caesar dressing (1/3 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1-2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp anchovy paste, 1 tbsp Parmesan, salt&pepper)
✰ 1/3 cup fat free cheese
✰ additional Parmesan for topping (optional)
1. Preheat air fryer to 400 F
2. Crush corn flakes
3. Add yogurt and seasoning to chicken then coat in crushed corn flakes.
4. Air fry chicken for ~12 min or until internal temp is 165F.
5. Combine ingredients for Caesar dressing and mix half with lettuce.
6. Preheat pan to med.
7. On large tortilla, add in order: cheese, fries, chicken, rest of dressing, salad, Parmesan, small tortilla.
8. Fold large tortilla over the bottom one then place folded side down on pan to seal.
9. Flip then cook until the other side gets golden and crispy.
10. Enjoy!
