Sleep is important. A sleep specialist describes sleep disorders that are prevalent in Parkinson’s disease such as REM sleep behavior disorder, restless legs syndrome, insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and daytime sleepiness. Also examines helpful medications and medications you should avoid.
