Phoebe Cummings: This Was Now at Wolverhampton Art Gallery

Currently one of the most interesting British ceramic artists, Phoebe Cummings has created a new work in raw clay within the gallery space.
Cummings studied Three-Dimensional Crafts at the University of Brighton before completing an MA in Ceramics & Glass at the Royal College of Art in 2005. She was selected as the winner of the British Ceramics Biennial Award in 2011. She was awarded the second ceramics fellowship at Camden Arts Centre, London (2012 – 2013), was the inaugural winner of the Woman's Hour Craft Prize in 2017 and was shortlisted for the Arts Foundation Awards 2018.
