Plank classic with weight aside - Improve with Marta

Now we are going to do more complicated version of a classic plank with lifting arms forward. Why we complicate not so simple exercises? Yes, indeed, in the classic bar hand muscles are perfectly worked out. However, moving on the one hand as main load and the other making various modifications, much enhanced by the load on the supporting arm, and on the other hand, you can work out more specific muscle groups.
