NUSA PENIDA - NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED! Bali Vlog

We finally made it to Southeast Asia! This is a place we’ve looked forward to more than most. The warm weather, lush landscapes and delicious food have been calling our name since the day we decided to travel around the world fulltime.

We begin our Southeast Asia trip in Bali, Indonesia! We took some time to ourselves in Canggu before catching a quick ferry to the island of Nusa Penida.

Famous for Kelingking Beach and the amazing Diamond Beach, Nusa Penida is a special place in Indonesia with a great mix of untouched, raw beauty and just enough development to make moving around a breeze.

We planned a huge day exploring the entire island. We visited the best places in Nusa Penida including the Thousand Islands Viewpoint, Rumah Pohon Treehouses, Diamond Beach, Atuh Beach, Angel’s Billabong and Broken Beach. It was a scorcher though and the heat sometimes got the best of us, especially with the insane humidity! Be sure to bring your sunscreen and stay hydrated.
