Hologram Hand Motion Tracking in Blender 3D EEVEE

In this video I will show you how to Motion Track footage so you can put an object in your hand in Blender 3D EEVEE. I explain how to create the objects (briefly), import and track your footage, solve and set-up the camera, align your object to your hand and do some basic compositing.
