The Who, The Stranglers, AC/DC, Nils Lofgren, live at Wembley, 18 August 1979

Audience shot on 8mm, a bit choppy, no full songs, but a rare piece of film and priceless reminder of an amazing first gig. I went with some friends - we were big Stranglers and Who fans so went to buy T-shirts when AC/DC came on, of course. The Stranglers finished with a fireworks display which nearly set fire to the stage and the Who did lasers - it was awesome, even though £8.50 was a lot of money for a gig in those days :)

The footage is off a DVD which came as bonus to a 3-CD bootleg called The Who And Friends Roar In! I don't own it.
