Sequencing Midi on the Digitakt? // As good as software DAW?

No Its not likely going to replace Ableton or Logic when it comes to full sequencing of midi instruments on the Digitakt but its a such a versatile sample sequencer that also lets you send out 8 seperate midi tracks to other pieces of gear.

I’ll go through the process of sequencing other tracks and some of the pitfalls of using the Digitakt as a master midi device as I create another EDM style tune. Its certainly a great performance device.

There are a couple of pitfalls to using it this way that I’ll go through and interesting things you have to know if you are going to use it in this way.
