Are Sat Navs responsible for sending large lorries down country lanes?

This film demonstrates the damage caused by large articulated lorries travelling along narrow country roads. The repair bills can by substantial, and at times the council has been forced to replace drains along the roadside. A Community Council in mid Wales has been listening to the complaints made by local residents, and is speaking to their Unitary Authority on how to deal with the concerns and damage caused.
