New Order - Interview From "Rock & Roll: The Perfect Beat"

This interview with New Order is from a American documentary series called "Rock & Roll" and is something of a rarity. It was broadcast by the PBS network in 1995 and then later on the BBC here in the UK. This particular episode, The Perfect Beat, is the last one in the series and looks at music of the 80s which includes the genres of electronic, dance and hip hop.

Bernard Sumner and Peter Hook from the band were interviewed for this because of their collaborations with Arthur Baker, the famous hip hop producer. He worked with them on their singles Confusion and Thieves Like Us. The songs Blue Monday and The Perfect Kiss are also featured in these clips.
