A behind the scenes look at my trip to Healdsburg, CA to have my second go at the notoriously relentless but beautiful Lake Sonoma 50-Mile run in preparation to race the Angeles Crest 100 Mile later this year. The race once again, chewed me up and spat me out on the end side. A thoroughly enjoyable trip nonetheless
